I hope everyone is doing great and getting ready for the fast approaching holiday season!! Yesterday was quite a day. It was Jonas' 5 month old birthday & his Papa's 50th birthday!! We had a good time eating chocolate cake & homemade ice cream, yum. I took a picture of him & his papa but it doesn't want to upload, we will try again later.

We have another big announcement to make, Jonas slept in his big boy bed for the first time Sunday night. I know, I know, he is 5 months old and just going to his crib. But his bedroom is at the other end of the house. Anyway, It went great. He has stayed the past two nights in there. He just wakes up once around 4 or 4:30 am & I have to go give him his blankie and pacifier to go back to sleep. I am hoping that is something he grows out of quickly! If his dad had his way about it we would just roll his crib into our bedroom!! He isn't too fond of him being so far away either! But we will get over it!! He is doing great, despite his mom & dad! =-)

Is everyone ready for Thanksgiving? I have a busy week ahead! We are looking forward to visiting with friends & family!

The tent revival went great last week. It did keep us quite busy though!! Brandon did a terrific job preaching Friday night! We are so proud of daddy! He was even asked to come up and speak Sunday morning at the Cowboy Church where we were visiting. We are looking forward to all the ways that God will be using us in the near future! Thank you everyone that lifted Brandon up in prayer for the message he preached Friday night!

I hope that you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving and lets remember how much we truly have to be thankful for! God Bless!

I wish I got to see ya'll on Thanksgiving!!! :0(

Jonas is such a big boy!! I completely understand about the crib thing! Eric's room is upstairs and mainly he sleeps in the pack and play in our room! He goes to his nursery bed a few times a week though. In mom's house he slept in his own room because of space, and it was right next door.

Anyway, chocolate cakes and homemade icecream sounds sooooo yummy!! Well, I have to go grocery shopping for the million pies I am making for the Army potluck and for our Thanksgiving dinner!

Happy Thanksgiving and I will finally get to see ya at Christmas!
