Hey guys. Time for our reunion is fast approaching, YEAH!! I can't wait to see everyone.
Yesterday Jonas turned 6 months. He is such a big beautiful boy! He spent all day on his 6 month "birthday" Christmas shopping with his mom & mamaw. He was all worn out by the end of the day. But he did great! He was quite the trooper.
I just wanted to let everyone know that since I am on Christmas vacation for the next two weeks that I will not have as easy access to a computer. I will be coming to my parents and borrowing theirs as time permits, but don't think I have abandoned you! :o) I love you all and I pray that everyone has a blessed Christmas time! God Bless!

Our big night out
Good Monday Morning all! We had a good time at Brandon's company Christmas party. For the most part! It was quite the experience. We decided to leave Jonas with my mom. We were scheduled to be back in Lawton by 11pm. And I would wake him up and feed him his last feeding we we got in. (He normally eats around 1o30pm) And we didn't get home until after 2am!!! I was a little frustrated! But thank God he was still peacefully asleep. But I was a little worried, I have to admit! The limo ride to the city and dinner at Spaghetti Warehouse was a lot of fun. THEN, the fun began. There was someone who had a lot too much to drink and started to get crazy. They got mean, trying to fight, and then ran off into Bricktown! And we went up and down the streets trying to find him for hours! I was not happy at that point. Anyway, all turned out OK. He was found, and when I returned home all was well. Thanks to Mamaw for the late night babysitting!!
Brandon also preached this Sunday. He did a great job! We are really proud of him, the whole family is!! He preached a wonderful message on our words. Everything that comes out of our mouths brings either life or death. The bible tells us the power of the tongue over & over. Prov. 18:20-21 says, From the fruit of his mouth a man's stomach is filled; with the harvest from his lips he is satisfied. The tongue has the power of life and death and those who love it will eat its fruit. It was a wonderful message and a great reminder to watch those things that we speak over ourselves, our families and others! Thanks Brandon for being obiedent to God! We love you and are so proud of you!
Christmas is fast approaching and so is our "class reunion". We are really looking forward to seeing everyone. God Bless! Jesus is the reason for the season!!

This is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen! Precious gift from God! Thank you Lord for this incredible blessing that you have bestowed upon us!
Hey guys, it is almost Christmas time! And I am really looking forward to spending time with some friends.
This beautiful boy loves turnips, just thought I would share that with everyone. He eats them like they were fruit, and than has turnip breath & burps all day! Lovely. And for those you who don't know, turnips don't smell so great, a little worse than cabbage. But when they come out of his little mouth they smell wonderful!
So far he loves all fruit, and carrots & turnips are his favorite vegetable. Green beans are definitely not high on his list. Most of the time he gags when I feed him green beans!
Jonas has also started babbling a lot of different sounds! He is really trying to talk. And I'm sure he will be before we know it.
Brandon, husband & daddy, is blessed to be speaking again on Sunday. He will be preaching at Cowboy church just outside of Marlow. I don't remember the proper name for the church, but most just call it Cowboy church. Bro. Rob Stone is the pastor. We are blessed to have met him & his wife Denise Stone! So please remember Brandon in prayer as he prepares to preach for a second time this weekend.
One more thing, Thank You! to Mamaw Jones for taking this picture of Jonas. It is absolutely beautiful. Also thank you Papa & Mamaw Jones for visiting Jonas last night. He told me he was missing his Papa & Mamaw. Love to All! Brandon, Jennifer & Jonas

We are blessed!
We had a great weekend. I cooked up some food for Jonas Friday, took family pictures on Sat., great revival that we attended on Sunday! Good stuff! These are pictures of Jonas playing on Friday! He is sitting up so well now. And this past week he started eating food other than cereal! That is what I was preparing on Friday. I cooked up some carrots, turnips, and mashed up some bananas for him, then froze them in ice cube trays, and popped in ziploc bags for later use. It is very cool. And very easy. And very inexpensive!! It saves a lot of money compared to buying baby food. A bag of frozen green beans is so much cheaper. And healthy too. I found a cool website that helped if anyone is interested.
Well, I hope everyone is having a wonderful Christmas season. It will be over before we know it. I am just excited to share it with Jonas this year! And we are also looking forward to seeing our friends soon!!
Oh, I almost forgot. I have one more big development! Jonas is starting to wave bye, bye. He is just getting the hang of it, barely waving his little hand. Sometimes he just sticks it straight up as if he is being sworn in. It is very cool and exciting. He will have it down in no time!
Be blessed! And continue to focus on Jesus this Christmas season! We love you all.
